Available in dimensions from 10 by 20 and larger, these indoor units provide lockable and secure storage for your vehicle.

Larger vehicles such as RVs, buses, vans, Class A & C motorhomes, and trucks, as well as campers, trailers, and vehicles that don’t need indoor protection can be stored in our outdoor assigned parking area. We recommend that during winter months vehicles and trailers be covered with a tarp or cover, that vehicles are locked and hitch locks used where applicable, and that trailer hitches are placed on a block to prevent sinking into gravel.

With our easy access to Detroit River, Lake Erie, and Huron River, many of our tenants choose to store their boats in our open-air gravel lot. Lake Erie Metropark is just a short 15-minute drive away. Our expanded access hours make it very easy for our boater tenants to take their boats out for the day, as well as for longer excursions. As with RV and outdoor vehicle storage, parking is assigned and we recommend covering your boat in the winter, using a hitch lock, and placing blocks under hitches.
